The Winter Venetian menu has been created by Owner Greg Feck and his incredible team. A gastronomic experience not to be missed!
A hunter & gatherer style menu taking you on a journey through Veneto, from the Lakes and Lagoons, Mountains, Plains and vineyards using Australian black winter truffles, slow cooking methods and historic recipes dating back to the 1500.
