During the night the hosts Giorgio, Marco and Caterina will take you on a virtual trip to the the rolling hills of Valdobbiadene to visit Prosecco producer Salatin. You will discover the culture of this beautiful region, all while feasting on cheese and a Venetian three-course meal dinner, prepared by Caterina's head chef Marcello and matched with Salatin wines.
