The head winemaker Alessandro Salatin from Salatin Prosecco is flying in from Italy to Lello Pasta Bar to serve up their delicious prosecco during Lello's famous aperitivo Fridays. 

Anything you've ever wanted to know about Prosecco, you have Alessandro all to yourselves to pick his brain! His Estate dates back to 1528.
