Award Winning Wine
The Real Review - Huon Hooke - 93/100
"Deepish red colour with a trace of purple, the bouquet mellow, forward, vanilla-tinged and attractive, with summer berry aromas in the mix. The palate is medium to full-bodied and softly fleshy, supple and with good depth and persistence. Plenty of current drinkability, too. Nice wineL it has penetration and persistence at the same time as impressive elegance."

Tasting Notes
Colour:
Bouquet: The nose displays a mix of red and black fruits – red plum, plum and blackcurrant with underlying spice and dried bayleaf.
Palate: The palate provides layers of fruit ripeness including cherry, plum and cassis. The flavours are well supported by delicately interwoven French oak characters and a dried herb complexity. There is power, yet a structure and balance that results in a wine that has a fine and long finish.
Food Pairing:
Cellaring: Delicious now or cellar until 2035
