The Villaggio range is 100% Estate grown. The 2021 white blend is Semillon dominant with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc making up the balance. The Villaggio range is a salute to the European ‘Village’ wines that offer tremendous value for money. A wine to enjoy and share with great people.
An intense and vibrant blend that exhibits passionfruit and green apple aromas with an underlying seasoned oak influence.
Fresh citrus flavours abound on the palate, with an understated lacing of herbaceous snow pea, apple and passionfruit. A refreshing acid backbone that is beautifully balanced with the seasoned French oak component

Technical Details
Variety: 49% Semillon, 44% Chardonnay, 7% Sauvignon Blanc
Winemaker:Cath Oates
Acidity: 6.25 g/L
Alcohol: 12.2% v/v
Maturation: The components were hand harvested and processed separately under the influence of wild yeast. The Semillon and Chardonnay were partially (40%) barrel fermented for nine months (15%) in new French oak. The Sauvignon Blanc portion was tank fermented to add freshness and liveliness to the final blend. All components remained on fine yeast lees for nine months prior to light fining and filtration.
