The shelmerdine estate, located in the picturesque Nagambie region. Situated at 230m above sea level, the Cabernet was planted in 1999 on textured sandy red clay loams over free draining soil. East to west facing.

Winemaking: 100% machine picked in March 2020. Inoculated & fermented over a 2 week period. Matured in a combination of aged french oak hogs heads over 11 months. Bottled 25 February 2021.
