This “Grappa” is distilled employing only fresh and carefully selected grape marc of Turbiana residue. The traditional method of distillation occurs under vacuum, in small alembic of copper. The distilled product is aged in small oak-barrels. The result is a grappa of superb quality, with amber colour; distinguishable for its perfectly balanced flavour, containing all those bouquets and aromas of the harvest, with hints of ripe fruit and a softer taste.
