For one night only, BARTIER x QT Melbourne unite for an evening of unapologetic indulgence.
 

The centrepiece of the night: Pascale Bar & Grills new spring menu by Executive Chef Nic Wood – a 3-course, 13-dish feast where European grill finesse meets Melbourne edge.

Flame-kissed duck, squid ink risotto, tuna tartare carved tableside, mac & cheese with ’nduja, QT New York O’Connor beef, and a lemon & mascarpone ice-cream finale – all paired with glasses topped up with bottomless wine or non-alcoholic pours... and we’re only just getting started.

Beyond the plates, the room pulses with designer details. DJs Bappy, Denzel LeGrand, and Glow provide the soundtrack to the night, spinning sultry R&B and Afrobeats, whilst TYPEBOYS take the stage with intimate, up-close energy featuring TOY and KWABA. And for a visual feast, Jaida the Creatortransforms the space into a living fashion archive that’s part art, part statement.
