La Notte del Vino with Vino Bambino

Jana and Vino Bambino Wines are uncorking an evening of indulgence where Italian tradition meets culinary artistry. For one night only, Jana will take you on pilgrimage through finest flavours with a five-course menu curated by, Executive Chef Carmine Mari, matched with Vino Bambino wines. 

Each course is designed to showcase seasonal ingredients while drawing inspiration from Italy’s regional flavours. From delicate beginnings to bold, hearty plates, every dish is a journey through Carmine’s heritage, elevated by the perfect wine pairing. Expect sparkling Salatin Prosecco, vibrant Meriggio Fiano, elegant Il Palazzo Chianti DOCG, expressive Fratelli Borgogno Nebbiolo, and a final pour of Il Palazzo Vin Santo to end the evening on a true note of dolce vita. 

Set with theatre and warmth, butter candles flicker and melt into rich, velvety accompaniments for your bread, Italian jazz swirling through the air, creating a soundtrack as soulful as the food and wine. As the courses unfold, a communal toast brings the room together in a resounding cin cin. And when the night draws to a close, you’ll take home a little piece of Italy – Carmine’s own recipe card, a keepsake to recreate the magic at home.
