Baillieu and Elgee Park, Mornington Peninsula and days in the trade

From time to time we have our producers with us out and about in the trade showcasing new vintages and connecting with some of our dear clients and friends. This week we had the pleasure of trotting out Tristan McLean who has been working with the family of Baillieu and Elgee Park in the picturesque Mornington Peninsula down in Merricks, which is the part of the Peninsula that looks over toward Phillip Island and nearby to Jackalope and Port Phillip Estate to name a couple. The family also have their wonderful cellar door at Merricks General Wine Store and if you haven’t been before or not for a little while then be sure that you do as it’s absolutely stunning! We mean stunning from every angle, be it the ambience of the quaint 1926 old general store that has been converted into a restaurant for all occasions and doubles as their cellar door, and they also invite many other local producers to showcase their products there on a rotating basis - Merricks store
