This classic shiraz is made from grapes grown on the Haan Estate on the rich loam flats of the valley floor.
Picked at optimal ripeness this wine is full of rich plum, blueberry and raspberry flavours, with just a hint of dark chocolate.
The vines are low yielding so the fruit has intense red/purple colours and maturation in French and American oak gives abundant tannins to this finely balanced wine.
