Bouquet: Elegant, with hints of mandarin and grapefruit zest, almond and Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary and thyme. Final notes of white pepper.

Palate: Enveloping and coherent with the notes perceived on the nose. The remarkable freshness is well balanced by the delicate smoothness.

Food Pairing: A perfect combination with pasta with swordfish and capers or roast turbot with potatoes.
