Bouquet:It opens with captivating aromas of white stone fruit, honeysuckle, and citrus blossom

Palate:leading to a palate brimming with yellow peach, cashew, and a hint of lemon zest. These vibrant flavours are balanced by a silky, medium-bodied mouthfeel with refreshing acidity and a long, satisfying finish.

Food Pair: Wonderfully with lighter dishes such as grilled seafood, chicken salad, and creamy pasta. For a more casual pairing, try it with a cheese platter featuring mild to medium-aged cheeses.
